OPERATING PROGRAM OF TRANSBORDER COOPERATION REPUBLIC OF POLAND (LUBSKO PROVINCE) - BRANDENBURG 2007 - 2013
The main objective of the program is: „To overcome borders: reduction of difficulties caused by the border vicinity location and a joint development of the region Poland - Brandenburg”.
Specific objectives of the Program:
- Improvement of infrastructural conditions and of the environment
- Development of economic relations and cooperation between the economy and the sciences
- Support of further development of human resources and development of trans-border cooperation.
TERRITORIAL REACH OF THE PROGRAM
On the Polish part: Gorzów subregion (comprising the districts of: Gorzów, Międzyrzecze, Słubice, Strzelce-Drezdenko, Sulęcin and the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski holding district rights), Zielona Góra subregion (comprising the districts of: Krosno, Nowa Sól, Świebodzin, Zielona Góra, Żagań, Żary, Wschowa and the city of Zielona Góra holding district rights)
On the German part: districts of: Märkisch-Oderland, Oder-Spree, Spree-Neiße, and two cities holding district rights: Frankfurt (Oder), Cottbus.
PRIORITIES OF THE PROGRAM
Priority 1. Support of the infrastructure and improvement of the state of the environment
Priority 2. Support of economic relations and cooperation between the economy and the sciences
Priority 3. Support of further development of human resources and trans-border cooperation
Priority 4. Technical support
PROGRAM BUDGET
The Operating Program of Trans-border Cooperation Republic of Poland (Lubsko Province) – Brandenburg 2007-2013 is financed from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and is co-financed by the partners and national participants. The ERDF funds allocated by Poland to the Program for the years 2007-2013 amount to 50,1 M EUR.
